Botany Walk at Riverside Park

Rotating branches
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Event Description
(For everyone) Have you ever wondered what that yellow, purple, or red flower is? Stroll with our Land Stewardship experts and learn about the taxonomy of plants and their identifying characteristics. See what's in bloom and talk about plants!
Botany Walks occur once per month at each of our branches (see schedule below). Join them all!

All walks start at the front door of the branch at 10:30am. Please, wear comfortable and weather appropriate shoes and clothing. Bring along a hand lens and a field guide, if you'd like. Botany Walks take place entirely outside.

Registration is encouraged in case of cancellations
