Event Description
(For adults 21+) Meet us at the Rowing Club (1990 N. Commerce St) to explore the Milwaukee River from a canoe with a guide from the Urban Ecology Center. Intermediate paddlers are invited to join us for a relaxing paddle followed by cheers to a great experience at Lakefront Brewery! Price includes one beverage. BONUS: Mondays at Lakefront Brewery are “Halfy-Hour”: buy one beer, get one 1/2 off - the first one’s on us!

Physical Requirements: Canoeing relies on core and back strength - be mindful these are the muscles we will be using during our time together. Carrying a canoe with the help of someone else. You will have assistance getting your canoe in and out of the water. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Canoes, paddles, and PFDs provided by the UEC. There will be a lifeguard on duty.
