Event Description
Join us for an engaging evening that includes a film screening (with popcorn!) followed by a Q&A and panel discussion with filmmaker David Andrew Busse and local experts. Together, we’ll explore the connections between urban spaces, wildlife, and our shared environment—leaving you with new insight into how science, art, and community can help us see the world differently.

Beyond Our Senses: Bank Swallows explores the life and hidden sensory world of bank swallows. It is a scientifically grounded film that brings animal behavior, ecosystems, and sensory biology to life. Filmed right here in Milwaukee, it highlights a local seasonal bird migration phenomenon.
