Riverside Park

Event Description
(For everyone-children should be accompanied by an adult) Show Mother Earth some love this Earth Week by joining land stewards in managing our worst springtime invasive plant: garlic mustard. This activity will help improve the biodiversity and ecological integrity of our parks! Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. This activity will take place strictly outdoors, and may be cancelled last minute due to weather or snow depth. Work will be physically demanding (often on slopes), with no possibility for alternate indoor activities. Please plan and dress accordingly!

For questions about this program, please contact Riverside Park Forester, Caitlin Reinartz, at creinartz@urbanecologycenter.org.

Registration is strongly encouraged for this event, as there is a capacity for participation.
