(For adults & teens) Give up a chore this May and let your yard grow tall! There is a critical need to reverse the decline of pollinators and you can help by not mowing this spring. Join Midwest Grows Green's Ryan Anderson to learn about the No Mow May movement, its pollinator health message, and the other steps you can take to help pollinators in May and beyond.

Become a subscriber to our Backyard Naturalist series!

Simplify your registration and become a subscriber to our Backyard Naturalist series. An annual subscription gives you access to all Friday lectures through the end of August 2023. Benefits include guest lectures, workshops, field trips, a Subscriber Appreciation party (in-person), and an additional 20% off the regular subscription rate. What a bargain!

Once you purchase, you are automatically registered for the year and your support helps us keep the series sustainable and accessible to the community.  If you’re still interested and not ready to commit to a full season you can also purchase a 3-month subscription and those funds can be used towards the purchase of an annual subscription later if you wish.

If you sign up for a program and your plans change, we kindly request that you let us know at least 10 business days in advance so we have the opportunity to offer a program to others. We will provide refunds as follows: 10 business days or more: full refund, 5-9 business days: 50% refund, 0-4 business days: no refund.
