Event Description
(For adults & teens) Celebrate Earth Week with the UEC on the water! Advanced paddlers are invited to help us clean up the Menomonee River by boat. Space for up to 12 participants to join the cause. Kayaks & lifejackets will be provided along with trash bags and grabbers. Please wear closed toe shoes that you can step into the river with and bring a full bottle of water. 

Participants will work together to team carry kayaks down to the Canal Street Launch. Prepare for moderate physical activity, including, lifting, bending, reaching, and crouching.

If you sign up for a program and your plans change, we kindly request that you let us know at least 10 business days in advance so we have the opportunity to offer a program to others. We will provide refunds as follows: 10 business days or more: full refund, 5-9 business days: 50% refund, 0-4 business days: no refund.
