Event Description
(For children ages 5-12) Join us in Menomonee Valley for an after school program that is filled with educational adventures! Kids will be led by an Urban Ecology Center educator to build nature based arts and crafts, create self-guided research projects, and find new ways to engage in nature play- and so much more! Throughout this program the kids will be encouraged to be engaged, ask questions, and discover new things along the way. 

Pre-registration is preferred and appreciated, but we will accept drop-in registration. Those who pre-register will have priority on the 13 available spots. The program capacity is set at a maximum of 13 students per day. Drop-in for each day varies on a first come first serve basis after those that are pre-registered. The fee for Valley Explorers is on a season-basis. The Spring Valley Explorers includes all Wednesday and Saturday sessions in April-May 2022. There are also scholarships available-please email cbauer@urbanecologycenter.org for scholarship information.

Confirmation/Cancellation Policy:
If you sign up for a program and your plans change, we kindly request that you let us know at least 10 business days in advance so we have the opportunity to offer a program to others. We will provide refunds as follows: 10 business days or more: full refund, 5-9 business days: 50% refund, 0-4 business days: no refund.
