Virtual: Extraordinary Wildlife in Your Backyard: Oak Signals

9-10am CST, Fridays, Online via Zoom
Registration is required for this program.

Trees can be described simply (A big plant with a stick up the middle) or with complexity (an organism that isn’t aware but simulates awareness). However you look at it, trees are fundamental to the human experience. I went out on a limb to use the Chinkapin Oak as the backdrop for a deep look at the trees so common in our backyards.

Upon registration, you will be sent an email containing the link to the Zoom session. Look for this email 1 hour prior to event start time.

This is a free event, with donations accepted. There has never been a more critical time to support the Urban Ecology Center's mission of connecting people in cities to nature and each other. YOUR generous support keeps our green spaces thriving and our virtual and limited in-person programming available to all in our community.
