Virtual: Intro to iNaturalist and Basics to eBird

4-5pm CST, July 17th Online via Zoom
Registration is required for this program.

This lecture is for those that are interested in learning how to use one of the worlds most popular nature apps - iNaturalist. This app helps you identify the plants and animals around you all while using the broader community to help verify your sightings for research! You will also learn what eBird is and how you can start entering your own data on eBird for all things birds! This lecture will prepare you for the Yardversity Blitz on Saturday July 18th as we you will be submitting data throughout the event using these two FREE apps. See you there!

Upon registration, you will be sent an email containing the link to the Zoom session. Look for this email 1 hour prior to event start time.

This is a free event, with donations accepted. There has never been a more critical time to support the Urban Ecology Center's mission of connecting people in cities to nature and each other. YOUR generous support keeps our green spaces thriving and our virtual and limited in-person programming available to all in our community.
