6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Gathering Place Brewing Co - Riverwest

Event Description
(For adults & teens) Join Dr. Chris Yahnke of UW-Stevens Point for a talk about one of the rarest birds in Wisconsin, the Connecticut warbler, who has just a few breeding pairs in Bayfield County. Recent studies show these warblers overwinter in the Gran Chaco of South America. The rapid loss of forest habitat in the chaco may be part of why these populations are in decline. Let’s visit the chaco and see how habitat loss is impacting wildlife and endangering human health.

Join us at Gathering Place Brewing Company in Riverwest for this Brew City lecture.
