Event Description
(For adults) Please join us for a Yoga restore class led by yoga teacher, Parisa! This yoga session encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It’s appropriate for all levels, practiced at a slow pace, focusing on longer holds and deep breathing. This class will be hosted indoors! A yoga mat, and block will be provided to support your practice. Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle with you. *No prior yoga experience is needed.

Confirmation/Cancelation Policy:
If you sign up for a program and your plans change, we kindly request that you let us know at least 10 business days in advance so we have the opportunity to offer a program to others. We will provide refunds as follows: 10 business days or more: full refund, 5-9 business days: 50% refund, 0-4 business days: no refund.
