Event Description
(For ages 7-9) Explore the Washington Park lagoon ecosystem and cast a line to build beginner fishing skills. Learn about common fish found in the area, the parts of a fish, and how to bait a hook as we practice catch & release fishing.

Event Description
(For ages 10-12) Review bicycle safety then travel to some far flung destinations. Be prepared to bike 10-15 miles at a group pace. We will provide bikes and equipment or you can bring your own. If you bring your own bike, please make sure it has several gears for shifting (no BMX bikes) and bring a spare inner tube.

(For ages 4-6) Kick off the summer with a day about animals! As aspiring animal biologists we'll explore Washington Park using our senses to find animals or tracks, hear birdsong, and smell flowers. Activities may include hiking, climbing, birding, and much more!
