Horicon Marsh - Meet at Riverside Park

Event Description
(For adults & teens) Meet us at Riverside Park before we take off on this field trip, part of the Brew City Birding Festival. Feel the buzz emanating from the "Everglades of the North" during spring migration during this trip. The Horicon Marsh has a rich natural history, with human use dating back to prehistoric times. Take a 4 hour trek with UEC staff through the Marsh and look out for dozens of species -- some even rare like the Glossy Ibis, which has been documented breeding there over the past couple of years. Binoculars available upon request. Make sure to pack a lunch! 

All participants must be fully vaccinated and masked when riding in UEC vehicles. Participants regardless of vaccination status are welcome to meet us at Horicon Marsh.
